I have been a photographer for over 17 years. After leaving school I worked for a freelance photographer, developing his work in the darkroom. I was also assigned to cover events for the Manchester Evening News, Warburton’s, Reebok, Bolton Wanderers and local youth clubs. During this time I completed my BTEC national diploma in Photography and my Foundation Studies in Art and Design.

My next job was for The Bolton Evening News where I was a trainee photographer. I worked for the paper covering News, Sports and Features for 12 years finishing as a Senior Photographer, with capabilities of running the picture desk. During this time I also attained my NVQ level 4 in Photography and my NCTJ in photo journalism.

I am also a qualified lecturer in Photography and did 3 years part-time lecturing at Bolton Community College, during this period, I gained my PGCE certificate in teaching.

I currently do lots of PR and marketing photography for Bolton Council, Wigan Council, The Christie, Cancer Research, lots of PR companies in Manchester, Socitm society to name a few.

I have covered weddings for the past 5 years as a freelance photographer, this has taken me all over England and is something I am really passionate about.

I am committed to producing the most wonderful photographs of my couples weddings and capturing the memories that will last a lifetime. My fresh, modern and discreet style will capture images filled with emotion that will make you laugh... and cry! My aim is to give couples the opportunity of having the most wonderful photographs of their wedding laid out in the most modern and up to date albums, that includes traditional, reportage and storybook styles.

I also have a small studio at home were I take small family groups, portraits and product shots.
